10. Returns Policy
Products will be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only provided the products have not been opened or used.
Valeska Schubert will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith with all appropriate consents. However we may, at our discretion, honour refunds on treatments if the client has had an adverse reaction to treatment.

11. Policy On Children & Pets
We do not accept children or pets into the clinic unless they are supervised by a friend or family member.
